Cedric Diggory was born to a pure blood family of middling reputation. He was nurtred by shelterin parents with high expectations for him. Because of this, he has always done his best to push himself in his studies and athletics.  However because of his friends and family so often coming to his aid, he lacks intiative and mostly goes with the crowd unless it conflicts with his strong sense of honor. In addition to being one of the best Transfiguration students of his age group, he also has his sights set
on making Prefect and Quiditch Captain of Hufflepuff house. 

He was considered to be one of Hufflepuff houses brightist stars from an early age and now that he is entering 5th year is set to become one of Hogwarts rising stars. Despite his advantages, he has never ceased working hard, and has his sights set for grand adventure before settling down. Who knows where that path will lead...
